Finally, Canada is stepping into the future with new initiatives for creating clean energy. I am glad to report of a new business -Kawartha Ethanol Inc. opening soon in my area. Some may say it's too little too late, I say better late than never. Canadians, speak up and demand that we be leaders in newer, cleaner, better ways to do business. So one ethanol plant hardly balances the millions we plan to spend creating nuclear (waste) energy. But, small steps can still take us in a new direction. Fellow Canadians, don't be too polite: Make Harper and Corporate Canada work for our future. Send a clear message that we want to follow our own path toward a clean, green, powerful Canada; positioned to embrace invention, innovation and independence. Canada is unique and has the potential to be exceptional, lets not "sell out" for the declining American dollar.

Kudos to Al Gore. Love him or hate him: He helped put environmental issues where they should be, on the front page worldwide. I just saw a clip of him with David Suzuki and Canadian politicians on Entertainment Tonight (ET)

Great to see the environmental issues getting mainstream media
